Boat shows are a great time to meet Sam, to see some of his work, and to ask questions of a leading veteran boat designer. Trawlerfest 2019 is being held April 23-27, 2019 in Seattle.  See the show site for the details.

Sam is both an exhibitor and an event panelist.  He’ll be showing a couple of boats, the Diana – a 29 foot Beals Island Lobster Boat, and the Edwin S. Dawson, a Sockeye 45, during the In-Water Boat Show, Thursday through Saturday.  Stop by, say hi, and ask him to show you his boats.

On Friday, April 26 from 2-4 p.m., Sam will be a panelist for the Cruisers Perspective: A Town Hall Meeting.  He’ll be fielding questions on a wide range of topics, focusing on epoxy-wood boatbuilding.
