Just a few years back Sam designed and built two Surf Scoter 23s. What was new over the Surf Scoter 22 Cruiser? – More Cockpit space, a larger forward berth area, and forward slanted windows in the pilothouse. The berth area became much more open to the pilothouse area. Many viewed the Surf Scoter 23 at the recent Port Townsend Wooden Boat Show. Always listening to customers, Sam has responded to requests for the same boat with a bit more galley and an enclosed head.
