Nice Aft is easily sailed by a single person and offers enough cockpit for four. The mast tabernacle makes launching and hauling out a breeze. She has been maintained in tip top condition and seeks another trailer sailor enthusiast to continue her journeys on the water. Sam loved having a small cabin for two to sleep and a centerboard for easy trailering.

The result is the 22 foot Hideaway – a cruising home on the water with a front and back porch, solar panels covering the roof, and an electric outboard.

The Hideaway, since its introduction as a study plan just two years ago, became one of Sam’s all-time most popular designs. Chelsea commissioned Kees Prins for the build and it was just launched this last week. This will be a great opportunity for you to be among the first to see the latest build of a Sam Devlin design.
